Legacy Home Care has changed my mother's life and our whole family's life for the better. I can not say enough good things about this service. First of all it's a fairly new premise - a hybrid between agency and registry. You get all the benefits of an agency (choice of aides, help with changing schedules, help if someone is unable to come), and the negatives of a registry (which would normally be that you are responsible for hiring, paying taxes, insurance, etc.) are all taken care of by a separate company that is handled by Legacy but the paperwork is just in your name. EVERYTHING is taken care of - the technicalities, the legal needs, and most importantly, your loved one. The aides we have gotten for my mother are experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and devoted. Chris takes charge and is truly invested in your loved one and his or her care.
